1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Number of Posts: 01
Salary Range: PKR 1,400,000 to PKR 2,000,000 per month.
Qualification
- Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Management disciplines, or Business Administration (MBA) will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 14 years of relevant post-qualification experience in managing multidisciplinary large-scale engineering projects.
- At least 07 years of experience in senior management or leadership roles in reputable large public or private sector organizations.
- Proven track record in managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to drive transformation, change, and effective change management.
2. Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Salary Range: PKR 1,400,000 to PKR 2,000,000 per month.
Qualification
- Minimum 16 years of education in:

- Member of a recognized professional accounting body with at least 05 years of relevant experience in Public Sector Companies having total assets of five billion rupees or more.
OR
- Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years of relevant experience in other Public Sector Companies.
