Head – Management Services Audit

Job Summary and Major Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Management Services (MS) Audit function and providing assurance regarding governance, strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, performance management, internal controls, and management practices across the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Management Services Audit function of the bank.
- Provide assurance on governance and strategic initiatives.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and performance management systems.
- Develop and execute a risk-based Management Services Audit plan aligned with the bank’s audit strategy and risk assessment.
- Assess the adequacy of controls over financial and management information used for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Approve the scope and budget of each audit engagement.
- Monitor overall budgetary control of audit engagements.
- Facilitate communication and reporting with the Board Audit Committee, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), and External Auditors.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications from an HEC-recognized university or institute:
- MBA
- M.Com
- MSc in Accounting or Finance
- CA
- ACCA
- CIMA
Preference will be given to candidates having professional certifications such as:
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- Other equivalent certifications.
Experience
- Minimum 09 to 12 years of professional experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in Internal Audit.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: Up to 50 years.
