Terms and Conditions

  • Only candidates having the local domicile mentioned against each post are eligible to apply.
  • Written tests will be conducted by Central Testing Services (CTS).
  • Interviews will be conducted by WAPDA.
  • A general 5-year age relaxation has already been included in the prescribed age limit.
  • An additional 3-year age relaxation is admissible to:
    • Minority candidates.
    • Candidates belonging to District Mirpur (Azad Kashmir).
  • Government and WAPDA employees with at least 02 years of continuous regular service may receive up to 10 years upper age relaxation.
  • WAPDA employees working on:
    • Daily Wages
    • Contingent Basis
    • Budget Estimate
    are eligible for special age relaxation equal to their years of service in WAPDA. For example, if the upper age is 30 years and the employee has served for 5 years, the admissible age becomes 35 years.
  • Age relaxation can only be claimed under one category.
  • Age will be calculated on the closing date of application submission.
  • Serving WAPDA employees must obtain an NOC from their respective departments before the closing date.
  • Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
  • Initial appointment will be on one-year probation.
  • Regularization will depend upon satisfactory performance.
  • Services may be terminated without notice if performance or conduct during probation is found unsatisfactory.
