Terms and Conditions
- Applications submitted by hand, courier, or any method other than the online portal will not be accepted.
- No hard copies of documents or photographs are required before the interview stage.
- Candidates must provide accurate information. Submission of false information will result in legal action under Sections 420, 468, and 471 PPC.
- Applicants must disclose involvement in any criminal cases and submit an affidavit at the interview stage.
- False affidavits or undertakings will result in cancellation of candidature and permanent debarment.
- Transgender persons can apply according to their self-perceived gender identity and CNIC.
- Government employees should apply through proper channels.
- Five years upper age relaxation will be granted as per Federal Government policy.
- Candidates claiming family quota must provide supporting documents such as FRC, pension book, and retirement orders.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for computer-based written and skill tests.
- Candidates qualifying in tests will be called for interviews.
- Selected candidates for Computer Assistant, UDC, and LDC posts must complete the mandatory National Information Technology Board (NITB) IT Training Course during probation.
- Verification of character and educational credentials will be conducted.
- Examination centers can be selected by candidates, but final allocation rests with ICT Police.
- Passing one stage qualifies the candidate for the next stage only.
- Final selection is subject to medical examination by the Federal Government Medical Board.
- Candidates suffering from Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or other permanent ailments will be disqualified.
- Selected candidates will be governed by applicable service rules and regulations.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
- Updates regarding recruitment will be communicated through SMS, email, and the application portal.
- Candidates must provide an active mobile number.
- Successful candidates will undergo security clearance before joining.
